Arborfield School Road / Instalcom Appeal

We’ve had reports that the activities around the Instalcom site have increased since their planning application was submitted. The School Road ETRO also recently kicked off in September and the Instalcom activity will likely worsen the traffic situation in surrounding roads. The ability to comment through the online portal has been removed but we have been informed that you can still write in with your comments direct to the WBC council planning department team (ref APP/X0360/C/21/3270397).

The Instalcom appeal will be held at 10am on the 29th November at Shute End in the WBC offices. Any local resident can raise their concerns about incidents, problems, noise, dust etc with Instalcom ltd running out of the byway onto School Road. We know that at least one local resident will be doing so. It would great if more people can attend.

Edneys Hill

We have heard from a local resident that although the consultation has closed, the Council Planners are operating 2-3 weeks behind at the moment so comments received up to the point will still be considered so please continue to comment!
