Good News

Instalcom Appeal Rejected

We have been advised that the appeal (held in November 2022 and January 2023) by Instalcom re their use of the yard on Wood Lane has been rejected by the planning inspectorate. The decision note is attached.

This is the second piece of good news this week, following the rejection of the Edneys Hill planning application by WBC.

We understand that Instalcom now have 6 months to comply with the judgement.
