Hayes Lane Planning Application Withdrawn

We are pleased to advise you that the application to build three 5 bedroomed detached houses on Hayes Lane has been withdrawn by the developer. The original DevWatch alert, issued only a week ago, can be read here.

Given this was to replace an existing derelict property we expect another application will be submitted at some point in time.
