Application for 135 Houses in Arborfield

The appeal against Wokingham Borough’s refusal to grant planning consent (232621) for 60 houses on land behind the Leathern Bottel on Barkham Road has been refused.

We reported on the appeal which was heard in February  in our Alert of the 18^th January

Ducks Nest, Eversley Road, Arborfield

A planning application (250733) that has been made on a large tract of land between Eversley Road and the new Arborfield By-pass (A327). The application envisages 135 houses and the consultation period for comments is open until 18^th March
