Planning Applications
Edneys Hill and Barkham Road

An application (261741) has been made on Long Meadow Farm Edneys Hill adjoining the Barkham Parish boundary for an extensive “dog walking” facility and for a change of use to “commercial”. The adjoining land has seen an increasing “commercialisation” use

in recent times and some may be concerned about this tendency and about dog barking noise that such a use may bring together with increased traffic on Edneys Hill. The consultation period will run until 14th September

Application (261839) has also been made for a new house on backland to be built on Barkham Road after houses adjacent to Barkham Brook Bridge towards Arborfield. The consultation period runs to 26th August.
