Wokingham Borough Council have just published their proposals on the long awaited plans for the extensive SANGS (Strategic Alternative Natural Greenspace) extension surrounding the site of the proposed solar farm. The land extends from the existing Rook's Nest Park across to Edneys Hill and has been farm land. More greenspace is to be welcomed but how the land is laid out could have an important impact. The Council have just opened a public consultation and invite comments by the 16th September.
