Development Watch Alert 16/12/2018 The Coombes - Update
Following on from our previous alerts on the threat to The Coombes, two further points to note:
Wokingham Borough Council (WBC) has had a high court injunction served on 14 December on one of the new Coombes Landowners. As she was not present it is classified as a temporary injunction. The recipient of the injunction has 14 days to respond. If no response in the 14 days the injunction becomes permanent.
WBC has also "clarified" that residents who wish to comment on/object to specific (planning) applications such as the previously mentioned 183270 "Application for prior notification of agricultural or forestry development -3 proposed buildings one cabin, one shed and one woodstore" do so via the comment facility for each application on the WBC website. However feedback from residents on untoward activity in the relevant plots should be emailed to Jason Varley (firstname.lastname@example.org) as previously advised, copying the BVRA for information at email@example.com
We will keep residents updated as and when more information becomes available. In the meantime please continue to report issues and comment on applications as described above. The more comments received, the more attention will be received from WBC.
