Leathern Bottel Entrance Planning Application Refused

WBC have refused the planning application (231990) for a new entrance to the Leathern Bottel and the equestrian centre behind it. The decision note can be read here

Whilst we wait to see if there is an appeal, this is good news. We also wait to see what happens to the proposal for homes in the equestrian centre which seems to be reliant on this new entrance. 

We thank all residents who raised objections to this proposal.
