BVRA PRIVACY NOTICE COVERING MEMBERSHIP AND USE OF THE WEBSITE

This privacy policy sets out how Barkham Village Residents Association (BVRA) uses and protects any information that you give BVRA as both a member of the association and when you use the association website (https://barkham.org.uk).

  •  Name used for website mailing lists you subscribe to
  • Email address used for website mailing lists you subscribe to 
  • Address used for membership records

  • We also hold, with the individual’s permission, the names and addresses of our committee members and volunteers such as distributors.

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information for:

  • The maintaining of BVRA membership records
  • The maintaining of electronic mailing lists that you have subscribed to
  • We may use the information to improve our services.

From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you on matters of local interest.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect.
