Edneys Hill / Barkham Road
We reported last year on the application (251486) that had been made to site 16 dwellings on the open land at the junction of Edneys Hill and Barkham Road. This was speedily refused by Wokingham Borough Council – notice of the refusal can be seen at
https://publicaccess.wokingham.gov.uk/PublicAccess_LIVE/Document/ViewDocument?id=08B1FC4CEFFA4A199158307F252E6848
This was not the first application for development on the land and the land is not proposed for development under the draft Local Plan. The developers have however lodged an appeal against the refusal and comments can be made up to 17th April. See the attached notificationÂ
