Proposed residential redevelopment of land off Langley Common Road, Arborfield

Please note we advise caution in any comments you make to ensure that they don't play into the developers hands, allowing them to say objections have been addressed when submitting the formal application. At this point in time it is better to say you object to the scheme but not to give any further clarification, and holding back your detailed comments for the formal response to WBC. 

We have been aware of a proposal to submit a planning application for up to 50 new houses at the Arborfield end of Langley Common Rd. 

At this point in time the developer is inviting comments prior to submitting the formal planning application to WBC. The attached leaflet has details on how to send comments which must be received by 5pm July 18th 2023. 

Please note that just because you respond to this consultation, your views will only be counted if you reply separately to the formal planning application which is yet to come. We will advise you when the formal application is submitted, and how to respond to WBC.
